Update Global Service Levels screen
The Update Global Service Levels screen allows you to specify as many Service
Levels as you wish. You can use one, or all of the Service Levels that you
create for any
or all
Zones, in any combination, for ANY customers. Each Service Levels has an
optional "Delivery Minutes" feature which, when used, will automatically
add the delivery minutes to an entered delivery so as to expedite delivery
processing.
Specify display order for drop-down lists, activate,
inactivate, specify minutes, rename or add new
service levels
all in
one
convenient
place.
When you use Zones and Service Levels together for any given customer, you
can customize pricing specific to the needs of that customer using the Update
Pricing Matrix feature in the Update Customer screen.
