Update Customer screen
From the Update Customer screen you can modify all information about a customer,
including Address, Tax ID, Base Mileage Rate, Special Per-mile modifiers
for Weekend, Night, Holiday, and Regular deliveries, Email addresses for
POD and Invoicing. You can update Zone/Service Level Matricies, Authorized
Callers, and Billing Groups, as well as add Customer Logins to the Tracking
features of RADispatch.
Billing Cycle, Airport City Code, Payment Terms and Active/Inactive status
are also modified on this screen.
If you have multiple Dispatch Locations
, you can specify which locations(s) have access to the customer in question.
This gives you the ability to "clean up" the Dispatch Board so dispatchers
can be more effective with their time.
