Customer invoicing is just a click away when you use RADispatch. Simply select
one or more customers, and instantly your invoice is ready to print or email
to your customer. Your corporate logo, address, invoice number and payment
terms are automatically inserted into the invoice.
Invoices are subtotalled by Billing Group (if used), ordered by date and
delivery number. Fields shown on the invoice are Invoice Date and Date Range,
Remit to Address, Delivery Number, Billing Group, Delivery Date, Pickup and
Dropoff Date and Time, Miles,
Customer
Job
Number, Customer Reference, Pickup and Dropoff Locations, Pieces, Weight,
POD, Charges, and Customer Notes.
