Agent Invoice Submittal screen
The Agent Invoice Submittal screen gives you complete control over payments
to agents. At a glance, you can see if agents have submitted their electronic
invoice to you via the RADispatch Agent login functionality. There, agents
can review all invoicing, search for deliveries that they have done (utilizing
a limited version of Advanced Search), and see missing paperwork - all without
the need to take valuable time from you or your dispatchers. Once an agent
accepts their invoice, RADispatch shows exact pay amounts for each agent.
From this screen, you can un-submit invoices if need be, send text-message
reminders to delinquent agents, and view agent invoices.
