Agent/Driver Status screen
This is the screen that, upon login, you will come to. This is the "dispatch
board" you've been waiting for! From here, you have color-coded deadlines
for deliveries. Green text for 31-45 minutes from the current time, Yellow
text for 16-30 minutes, Red text for 0-15 minutes, and a Red background
for overdue deliveries. These statistice automatically update every minute,
so there's no need for you to worry about ever missing deadlines again. See
what Agent(s) are assigned to any in-progress delivery at a glance.
You
can also
read Customer and Internal Notes by hovering your mouse over the Red or Green
box next to the delivery number. Click on a delivery number and you are taken
directly to the Update
Delivery screen.
